Jordan Tucker
Co-Owner, Head of Project Management BC Master Electrician FSR-B
Born and raised in Victoria, Jordan takes pride in bringing sustainable, energy-conscious solutions to his community. He approaches each project thoughtfully, guiding it from start to finish. He stays focused on clients’ needs and ensures every job is completed with care. Outside of work, you’ll find him camping or working on outdoor projects at home.
Aneil Ghai
Co-Owner, Head of Sales &
Client Experience
Aneil joined Oceanvolt in 2022 to support its shift toward solar and renewable energy. With a background in tech and telecommunications, he brings experience in sales, customer experience, and business development. He focuses on making the process smooth and positive for clients. Outside of work, Aneil trains in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, stays active, and spends time with his family.
Cory King
Solar Electrician, Red Seal
Cory is a Red Seal electrician who brings hands-on skill and careful attention to every project. He works to ensure each job runs efficiently and delivers reliable, high-quality results for clients. Outside of work, Cory stays active with mountain biking, board sports, bouldering, and working out, and enjoys exploring hands-on projects like 3D printing.
Marcus Piercy Downer
Co-Owner, Head of Operations & Systems BC Master Electrician FSR-B
Growing up between Victoria and Salt Spring Island, Marcus brings local expertise and practical experience to his work. He leads all processes and operations to keep projects organized, efficient, and aligned with sustainable practices. As a Co-Owner, he supports the growth of Oceanvolt while ensuring reliable results for clients. Outside of work, he enjoys guitar, learning new skills, and off-roading.
Blake Bentham
Lead Solar Electrician, Red Seal
Blake has been with Oceanvolt since its early days and was the company’s first full-time employee. As a Red Seal electrician with a background in commercial work, he now focuses on renewable energy with a hands-on, practical approach. He takes care to deliver clean, reliable results. Outside of work, Blake enjoys hockey, playing guitar, and time on the water.
Courtney Hollstein
Marketing & Web Strategist
Courtney leads Oceanvolt’s marketing and web presence. Bringing over 10 years of experience, she creates clear, engaging content to connect Oceanvolt with clients in meaningful ways. Her approach blends creativity with strategy to support steady growth. Outside of work, Courtney enjoys being outdoors with her dog, travelling, and baking.
Becs Hollstein
HR & Administrative Specialist
Becs brings over a decade of experience leading teams and managing operations. She fosters a supportive, collaborative culture where people can learn, grow, and feel valued. She is passionate about sustainability and raising her family with environmentally conscious habits, finding practical ways to make everyday choices more intentional.
